Will you be trying to get some of your winners on the pod?
Glad to see Poku acknowledged. You mentioned picking out teammates, but he also had a knack for picking out fans at Sixfields with his end product. Very talented boy.
Hard to argue with the Wigan love-in or the impact of Joe Low but good to see Ryan Trevitt getting a name-check. I can't remember another loan player with no senior experience who has looked so comfortable straightaway and played almost every possible minute. Alex Hartridge also deserves a mention for player of the month; he's been absolutely imperious at the heart of a defence which has only conceded 2 goals in 5 league games.
We’re hoping for a ‘reverse curse’ - a bounce! - where the award will spur them onto even better things. When we did the Friday night segment on Sky, it felt like the players we spoke about often put in great performances on the Saturday...
Will keep my eyes peeled for Hills on Saturday v us!
Great stuff, although your Championship picks 🤢. You can really go off people!!!!
Imagine how that lot felt during the 1-24s and the first few weeks of the season during ITFC hypetime.
Insert Partridge 'meh' GIF!!!!

Imagine my horror not to see any representation from CAFC in these awards😂. Great piece/addition though 👍

Will the NTT20 monthly awards have the same curse to the winners like the actual awards?
