Who said the Round Robin is dead?

What a year it’s been—promotions, relegations, stories, sackings and the predictable pleasure of sheer unpredictability.

We started this site to add a textual layer to the Not The Top 20 onion. A layer that brings you the best, most passionate, most insightful coverage of the Championship, League One and League Two. However you slice, dice or chop it, we’ll keep you up to date on everything EFL until the earth explodes.

Let’s take you back a couple of years. NTT20.COM began as an email exchange in December 2022—a pitch of two small words and one big question: “Remember email?”. We started with small steps and big ideas, gradually adding more writers and more content to the roster.

In the beginning was the word, and the word was email.

This year, much has changed. We switched up our NTT20 branding. We tweaked Weekend Notes. We added DAG: The Village and Under The Lights. We’ve even produced, some sweet, sweet merch for the very first time.

How it started vs How it’s going…

Much has stayed the same and much more is coming. The January Transfer Window is blipping on the content radar. The Seeded Batch is warming in the oven. And the “Business End”… well, life comes at you fast.

Without you, the thousands of subscribers—and let’s be honest, especially the hundreds of paid subscribers—it wouldn’t be possible to keep up the pace. And it simply wouldn’t be anywhere near as joyful and fun. You’ve sent us comments, scout reports, DAG questions, memes, jokes and best wishes, all of which have made 2024 more special. We’re forever grateful, and we hope a few more of you join us in 2025.

As we wrap up the year, we want to say a massive THANK YOU for being part of the NTT20 community. It really does take a Village!

So, here’s to more EFL chaos, unmissable storylines, and unpredictable ascents.
