A very considered piece. It could be argued the biggest gains by a long way from cheating in the EFL, especially the Championship, comes from those that break the financial rules by a huge amount. They then contest the league with a ridiculously strong squad no-one else can afford, compete against or that the rules allow. Not sure we'll ever see punishments for financial cheating even in line with this cheating from spying.
