Is Omari Patrick going to Sutton the most unexpected signing of the summer or is there one more "left field" ..( do you like the pun?) and if not this one which is the signing or loan that in your opinion will have the most impact across the EFL.
How far can Ipswich get up the table before McKenna becomes a target for Premier League clubs? As a Town fan, I don't think we'll trouble the top six this year but given the style of play, I wonder if another club might take a punt regardless as Brighton did taking Potter from Swansea after they'd just finished midtable.
What are some dream EFL transfers you’d like to see? I’m thinking along the lines of players moving to certain systems / under certain managers which you think would see the best out of them?
Interested in Gillingham (as a fan) particularly but I think this question probably applies to a few clubs - are the spending rules in place doing a good job of preventing clubs going particularly silly? I'm thinking of how our fanbase has been with the Alfie May failed transfer and then links to Sheyi Ojo. I may be putting too much stock in rumour but the mooted wages sounded like trouble even for a newly-minted League 2 club.
Massive respect for anyone that puts the time into providing regular EFL coverage! Lord knows there's a thirst for it, but I don't think it's controversial to say that EFL fans aren't particularly well provided for by traditional/mainstream media.
It's not easy or quick or immediately financially rewarding to create EFL content, and it lacks the 'big numbers' of PL/Big Six stuff - not that that's necessarily a bad thing! It takes time, a lot of research, creativity etc.
So yeah, just respect for anyone that sticks at it over a long period of time, like those mentioned. I think that if you add together ourselves, the ones you've mentioned, and *of course* Gab Sutton who has been going longer than all of us, as well as the many other EFL content creators... then there's a decent breadth of output, styles & approaches. I hope so, anyway!
Take a moment to compare the EFL content landscape to ten years ago and I think it's fair to say that things are better than ever for lower league football fans thirsty for content.
How tough is League 2 this year! Not really a question, more of a wow, good luck with your 1-24’s with it, as I’ve no idea! Being a Wrexham fan, I’d be happy with top 7 and really don’t agree with the favourites tag
What are your thoughts on Xisco Munoz's appointment at Sheffield Wednesday? He seems likable from his time at Watford, he did very well the last time he was in the EPL and former players seem to be complimentary. Could turn out to be a great appointment?
From the outside, it seemed like Wrexham were willing to be vocal about wanting change when it came to things like streaming while in the National League. Now that they have a seat at the EFL table, is there anything you think they push for that could help improve the league?
Crawley need a new striker to play up front with Dom Telford - creating space in a similar way to Courtney Baker Richardson while they were both at Newport. Considering our supposed lack of funds, who could be that striker?
Do you think Cody Drameh and Charlie Cresswell are of the level to be starting for a side going for automatic promotion? (Personally I think it's the playoffs for us, but nice to dream)
Is this a trick question? Everyone knows that Kristjaan and Kyril only want to buy continental wonderkids, not EFL players! We've got a series of 'our favourite signings of the summer' pieces coming over the next two weeks - you're going to want to keep an eye out for that one.
Fair point - I wanted to keep it within your wheelhouse, but if you know of any hot prospects in the Estonian second division feel free to share those too!
Hi Guys,
What’s your thoughts on Charlton’s business both on and off field, particularly the (re)appointment of Andy Scott.
To me Scott seems a bit of a coup at this level.
I don’t know a great about Terry Taylor (except that he has a fantastic name).
Many thanks for your commitment to all EFL clubs.
Monte

What do you think is important in pre season friendlies, and do you value them in terms of predicting later issues for teams in the actual season?

What are your favourite traits of your ‘supposed EFL rivals’ in the content game - Second Tier, Benjamin Bloom… who else ?

EFL seem to dragging there feet in regards to 49rs taking over at Elland Road
I think it could be slow start to life back in the championship
Farke can’t sign any players
Thoughts ?

Expanding on a previous question, which EFL players would you suggest to Sunderland for the position they most need to strengthen?
