It’s Friday morning and that means a new episode of The Six Fix, our weekly podcast for paid subscribers on Substack. Inside 30 minutes, we select six of the most enticing fixtures. That’s one pick per person per league from the Championship, League One and League Two. Not only do we pick ‘em but predict ‘em too.
Last week, we started our predictions league, 1 point for a correct result and 3 points for a correct scoreline. Ali began strong with a correct scoreline making it 3-0 after the opening weekend, but George hit back with a 4-1 win last weekend, which leaves us Ali 4-4 George going into Weekend #3.
We’ve been thinking about the prize for the winner, or possibly the forfeit for the loser. We value our lives just enough that we won’t be following through with this suggestion from James H.
